With 22 years at a national non-profit, David succeeded the prominent Founder, first as President and then CEO, showcasing his leadership and visionary capabilities. Over the years, he has guided numerous young leaders on their journey to senior leadership positions. His proprietary structured process was most recently proven by his coaching of a newly appointed CEO who will be leading his family's $75 million business.
